Live / in-person / online limits

OAC 4755:2-3-01 sets no cap on online or self-study hours (courses need an Ohio approval number). Caps apply to clinical instruction (PT up to 12, PTA up to 6 hours per cycle) and mentoring (PT up to 12). Hours do not carry over.
